Recruitment / Talent Project Partner (Fixed term) We're seeking a Recruitment / Talent Project Officer with a passion for FMCG or fast-moving businesses, seeking a Project Partner to assist with delivery in key blue collar roles to join our Bega NSW based facilities. Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and candidates to provide top level customer service Provide end to end recruitment solutions for a variety or role types within a fast-moving food manufacturing and distributions business Provide input to the recruitment process projects to continuously improve our service Proactively source candidates categories while facilitating diversity in the recruitment process About you Have some experience in Talent Acquisition or agency recruiting and be keen to develop your skills further Enjoy a fast-paced environment with ability to manage your time effectively Great stakeholder engagement and communication skills - providing advice and influencing to obtain the best possible outcomes Knowledge of a variety of sourcing methods including active and passive techniques as well as talent pooling and you have solid networks in the industry and region Applications to be forwarded to Kirstin.purcell@bega.com.au Kirstin Purcell HR Manager NSW
