For over 100 years, our client has provided world-class service to the property and real industry across a broad range of clients domestically and intonationally. What started out as a family run business, to now a multi million dollar global business, this is a team of experts that work collaboratively to ensure success. Currently seeking a Property Manager to step in and take the reigns of a small portfolio, this is a role left of field to a traditional real estate office, however an exciting private advisory firm.
The Role:
- Managing a small portfolio of 80 residential Properties
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Completing ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Arrears control
- Repairs & Maintenance
- Routine’s
- NO trust accounting
- Monday - Friday
The Candidate:
- A current Certificate of Registration, valid driver’s license and car
- Previous Property Management experience
- Must possess a massive amount of energy
- Will be ambitious, driven and hungry
- Ability to work independently – you will get the luxury of working from home!
- Have strong presentation and communication skills
