Full job description

Protech Group are a National Recruitment Specialist with a strong emphasis on providing quality personnel to various clients & contractors across the Civil Infrastructure sector.

Protech WA are recruiting for an experienced Project Administrator to join our client, a leading infrastructure business based in Canning Vale. This will be a 3-month temp position with a possible permanent placement on offer pending performance. You will be working in an 18-person strong team reporting directly to the WA Service Delivery Manager

About the role:

  • Prepare project documents, reports, minutes & guidance material as required.
  • Maintain & update project records, registers & databases
  • Manage inbox, appointments, and correspondence for Project Manager
  • Travel & accommodation arrangements for Project team.
  • Support business in preparation of tender responses
  • Assist in IT procurement & asset management
  • Reconcile monthly invoicing & corporate credit card statements
  • Assist in the development of improved workflows & processes that support the project

Your experience:

  • Tertiary qualification desirable
  • Proven project administration experience with a large team/organisation
  • Strong Microsoft - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and VISIO
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Able to communicate with staff at all levels
  • Able to pivot effortlessly into other functions as and when required
