Your new company
An exciting opportunity has become available to join this Australian company who are a leader in their industry. They are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join their team on a full-time permanent basis to assist their busy team. The role will be located in their Brisbane inner-city location which is easily accessible by public transport and is just a short walk to a variety of cafes and restaurants.

Your new role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting payroll audits on employee files and processed pays
  • Extracting payroll data to analyse and investigate any discrepancies
  • Investigating payroll reports
  • Reporting on annual leave balances and accruals
  • End of month payroll reporting

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

  • Previous payroll and accounts experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a large team
