Mechanical Fitter

Currently undergoing a period of growth and expansion, your new company is looking to hire an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join their highly qualified team.

Your new role
Your new role will see you working as a Mechanical Fitter in a permanent position. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance, servicing, and installation of Mazak CNC machinery. You will also be responsible for overseeing installations which includes interstate travel 5-6 times a year for an average of 3 days.

Your new role will see you joining a skilled and qualified team on day shift (7:00am – 3:30pm) on a permanent basis.

What you'll need to succeed

• Trade qualification as a Fitter & Machinist
• Sound mechanical aptitude
• Ability to travel interstate
• Highly motivated and career driven
• Previous mechanical servicing and repairing experience with CNC machine tools is highly desirable
• Previous Mazak Machine operations experience is highly desirable.
