JOURNALIST - FAR SOUTH COAST

Journalist - Far South Coast We have a rare opportunity for a full-time journalist to join the Australian Community Media team on the Far South Coast. You will need to have good news sense and general knowledge, plus a strong community focus. You will collaborate with other journalists, the sales department and other ACM colleagues to implement editorial initiatives that will reaffirm the dominant position of our mastheads in their respective markets. This position would suit an experienced journalist, or someone with relevant tertiary qualifications looking to make a mark in the industry. This is an extremely fast-paced and constantly changing environment so the successful applicant will need to be energetic, well presented and prepared to learn new things every day. We are looking for a person with the ability to write cleanly, take good photos and have a knowledge of social media with a genuine interest in the community. Drivers licence is a must.
