Finance Officer

Hays is currently partnered with Federal Government company to recruit a Financial Officer in a Temporary capacity.

Your new role Responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating transaction processing in the systems to ensure financial data is accurate and complete
• Extracting and analysing data from SAP and other financial systems to resolve enquiries
• Preparing accurate and timely management reports as required
• Providing input into the development of Standard Operating Procedures for the team, including process mapping requirements
• Producing various financial reports
• Problem solving and addressing ad-hoc requests as they arise
• Working with key stakeholders to support various project initiatives

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Core financial processing/data entry skills
• Administrative support skills
• Ability to prioritise competing demands
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self motivation, taking pride in your work
