Experienced Forklift Operator/Labourer

About the role
Protech NQ are seeking experienced Forklift Operators for immediate start around the Townsville region. We also have opportunities for individuals who are working on rosters looking for work on their off weeks.

Key Duties
• Ability to undertake Forklift operations
• Loading 1t bulker bags onto trucks
• Able to undertake a number of manual handling/ labouring duties
• Capable of following general safe practices in accordance with the Workplace Health & Safety Act
• Ability to work various shifts

Skills & Attributes
• Forklift ticket with relevant experience
• Sound oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time and workload management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
• An honest and reliable work ethic
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence to work unsupervised or in a team environment
• Be physically fit and able to carry out heavy labouring duties

The successful applicant will undergo a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing.
