Are you a friendly and resourceful professional, looking to work in a vibrant and dynamic healthcare organisation? Healthscope's Centralised Billing and Collecitons Hub is seeking outstanding customer service focused individuals to join our busy Billings team as a Billing Officer.

As a Billing Officer your responsibilities will include:

• Accurate and timely billing of Health Fund and Third Party invoices
• Field patient billing enquiries and provide resolution
• Banking and Debtor Management
• Maintain extensive knowledge of Health Fund contracts
• Provide support to administration team

Healthscope's Billing and Collections Hub is located within The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre and offers:

Selection Criteria:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Private Health Fund contracts and claiming process (desired)
• Sound knowledge of Patient Management System i.e. WebPAS or other
• Highly developed organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong computer skills in MS Office
