The client we are working with is a longstanding hotel pub in the heart of Bega who has just had new management take over. They have a fantastic team already and are looking for another manager who can work alongside the rest of the team and autonomously as well. They have a supportive culture - offering 2 days off a week and a great work life balance being 15 minutes from the coast. They want you to want to work here and want you to want to stay - they aren't looking to burn through staff. They are a family run venue with a great local client base.

About The Role

We are looking for a bar manager who can work autonomously to provide quality service and do it with a smile. You will be able to manage casual staff and oversee a bar. Previous work in a pub or bar is preferred however the right attitude goes a long way too. The hotel serves great food and it's delivers a high level of customer satisfaction which is why the locals keep coming back. Flexibility with work schedule is required as there may be a day or two you will be called in as the team is small but you will be paid any over time worked. If you want to be apart of a venue that serves the community and supports a work life balance this is the role for you.
