My client is a well respected Australian Bank, and they are seeking a customer service officer to join their established Gladstone team.
Your new role
Reporting to the Banking Manager, you will be responsible for processing customer transactional banking needs, identifying customer need opportunities and referring more complex banking needs by arranging the appropriate contact with a specialist member of the team. You will support the Bank Manager/Assistant Bank Manager by completing delegated tasks and ensuring quality assurance standards are maintained within the position’s control.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role, you will have experience in customer service and/or retail/ cash handling.
