Our client is continuing to grow their portfolio & their headcount and are in need of an Assistant Commercial Property Manager. This position is available due to internal promotion as they grow bigger & stronger every day. This company is renowned for is culture & staff activities during the year. Recently going through a transformation this company is based in the inner suburbs of Melbourne and has all the local amenities in arms reach.
Your new role (assisting with the below):
- Liaising between tenants & landlord
- Adhering to all OH&S compliance
- Annual Budget preparation & ongoing review/management to improve financial performance
- Arrears management
- Ensure all marketing and media is update to date
- Responding to maintenance requests
- Maintaining all tenancy schedules
- Ensuring all outgoing budgets are issued to all retailers along with processing of revised outgoings and adjusted marketing levies.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience in Commercial Property/Asset Management & able to hit the ground running
- Previous experience with property budgeting, forecasting & general finance (ideally)
- Strong communication with Landlords, tenants & contractors
- Entry level for residential candidates
