Brief:
Our major rail client based at Eagle Farm requires an experienced Admin person asap for a 3 month project. Ideally you will have SAGE software experience as you will be required to hit the ground running. You will also have experience in alpha numerical data entry, a positive work ethic, excellent communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and strong attention to detail and available for immediate start

Key requirements:

The administration assistant is responsible for providing business and administration support to The Operations Manager, Production Supervisor and Materials Controller; The key job tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support
  • Team player, a self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work under pressure & achieve work deadlines
  • Intermediate experience in use of computer and basic office software packages. E.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Sage Software/ ERP or similar would be beneficial
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
