My client is a leading player in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry. They have been operating for 40+ years and have business across Australia.
They have experienced significant growth over the past 5 years, with revenues up by circa 300% in that time frame.
The business is ambitious, with further growth expected in the coming years and the structure in place to achieve this growth.They are seeking somebody with an innately curious nature, who always looks to improve, change and establish processes & procedures within the function. There are already areas identified to improve, but they are very willing and open to hear thoughts, suggestions and recommendations to improve.
The role encompasses both business as usual work as well as significant driving of change within the team.
On a day to day basis, the Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the accounts receivable function through the overseeing and mentoring of the accounts receivable team. This role is also accountable for leading the team in in cash and debt collection through daily reconciliation of AR ledgers.On the change front, there are considerable areas of opportunity to drive performance, with process implementation and documentation, systems improvements and integration of acquired business.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a similar level of experience managing an Accounts Receivable function.
Ideally you will have come from a similar, or related industry - i.e. Transport, FMCG, Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain.
You will be able to demonstrate experience leading teams through a change process, improving the function.
You'll be able to commute to Eagle Farm on a regular basis.
What's on Offer
For this Accounts Receivable Manager role based in Eagle Farm, I have a competitive salary in the $90,000 - $110,000 range with some flexibility for the right person. There is also a bonus scheme in place.
