Account Manager - Personal Lines

Your new company:

This highly regarded, medium-sized brokerage is a member of the Steadfast network and a general insurance specialist. Through recent growth and expansion, they are now looking for another superstar to join their team and continue to demonstrate their capabilities in the market.

Your new role:

You will be working in a team of existing broking professionals and have responsibility for your own domestic portfolio. It's a primarily office-based role and your key priorities are to focus on retention, organic growth and converting leads through referrals. Customer service and risk advice is a priority and they'll wish for this to continue throughout your portfolio using your expertise.

Role includes:

• Account Management responsibilities for a domestic portfolio of risks including home, contents and motor primarily
• Accurate and timely processing of insurance documentation including quotes, new business, renewals and endorsements
• Provide the highest level of customer support to clients
• Liaise directly with insurers and other industry services

What you will need to succeed:

To be successful in this position you should have:

• Demonstrated experience in a broking environment with domestic classes
• Tier 2 qualification (Tier 1 preferable)
• Energetic and vibrant personality
• Ambition to succeed and progress in your career
• Self-motivated and a strong work ethic
