A full boat of dragon boaters took to the water before their Christmas celebrations at the nearby picnic area.
It was no surprise that Santa and his elf turned up, the only surprise was the mode of transport – a ride-on mower driven by the elf and pulling an angry Santa in a trailer.
The dragon boaters took part in their traditional thieving secret Santa where one person can steal a present from a previous recipient.
Merimbula Water Dragons take out their boats on Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays and anyone interested is welcome to come along and give it a try.
