The 25-year-old copped a knock to the shin at training last week and is the only Jillaroo yet to feature in the tournament, with coach Brad Donald continuing to rotate the side for the final match of the group stage. 

Regular starters Caitlin Moran, Meg Ward, Steph Hancock and Talesha Quinn have been rested for the upcoming fixture after playing in the opening two games.

Five-eighth Ali Brigginshaw and Kezie Apps are both set for their third appearance for the tournament. 

Joint captain Renae Kunst has been named despite leaving the paddock late in Sunday's win over England. 

"Everyone has pulled up well from the last game," Jillaroos captain Ruan Sims, a Gerringong product, told NRL.com.

"We're happy with how we are going but I think the reason for that is because we know there is still a lot we can work and improve on.

"We're hitting our straps at the right time, so it's a good position to be in knowing we've got fresh bodies to come in."

Sims said she was happy with the squad rotation. Everyone except Bremner will have at least two games under their belt leading into Sunday’s semi-finals. 

"We have a rotation that we're working through anyway, every team we've fielded has been strong," Sims said. 

"We've made sure we're staying on top of our recovery and doing all the right things to be in the best possible shape for Canada."

The Ravens are coming off a maiden World Cup victory over Papua New Guinea and Sims insisted their performances haven't been a surprise. 

They were beaten heavily by New Zealand in the opening game of the tournament but improved markedly against the Orchids. 

With a strong rugby union background, only one player from the Ravens squad had a rugby league background prior to the tournament, with the rest playing the code for the first time under Australian-based coach Mike Castle. 

"I said it in the lead up to the tournament, they'll be a very tough opposition," Sims said.

"They were physical against PNG and really persevered against New Zealand for 50 minutes. 

"Even though they're new to rugby league but they're not slouches in rugby union stakes. 

"They've been able to translate that onto the rugby league field.

"They will use their strengths and physicality through the middle. We're looking forward to the challenge that presents."
