Around 50 members of the Tathra community attended Saturday’s Remembrance Day service at the town’s war memorial. Allen Collins emceed the service with Reverend Lex McQueen delivering the oration. Mr Collins said it was a wonderful day and great to see the public out in support, particularly some pupils from Tathra Public School despite it being a Saturday. Also in attendance was the local RSL sub-branch’s oldest member Jim Perrin and fellow veteran Bob Armstrong.
