The Sea Eagles posted the incredible total of 4/304 when opening the batting against the Bluedogs at the Pambula Beach ground.
The Tathra contingent set their big sluggers loose against the Pambula outfit, with impressive figures down the board.
Opener Pete Bennett was run out early, but had put 17 on the board.
However, it was the partnership between Chris Dwyer and Ben O’Reilly that really set the stage for what was to follow.
The pair smacked a 116-run partnership before O’Reilly was caught out off Charlie Shepherd.
O’Reilly was just two singles short of his half-century at the time.
Just one run later, Dwyer also suffered the same fate as Shepherd found himself comfortably under the ball once more, with the opener returning to the sheds for 66.
Jory Taylor joined Adam Blacka at the crease and Taylor proved the perfect support player to his club president.
Blacka ran rampant with the bat, knocking an indomitable stint of 129 runs not-out.
The Eagles were on 216 runs when Taylor was dismissed, but a handy knock of 20 runs from Hamish Willcox pushed the Eagles over the 300-run mark to close out their 40 overs.
The Bluedogs were able to score 100 runs in reply, but it came in patches after a shaky start to their innings.
Josh Hammond and Lewis Hopkins were dismissed on 13 and 14 runs respectively with catches to Taylor and Blacka.
Some cheap dismissals meant the Bluedogs were on just 50 runs when they hit the middle of the order and things looked dire.
A defensive effort from Liam Allan and Shane Baird provided something of a reprieve, with the pair knocking 40 runs between them.
However, the Bluedogs were never going to run down the Tathra target and some cheap lower order wickets saw the hosts finishing all-out for 101 in the 26th over.
Willcox was the best with the ball for the visitors, taking three wickets for just 18 runs.
Daniel Ryan also excelled with the ball, taking three wickets for 33 runs off his eight overs.
Meanwhile, the division two Sea Eagles were comfortably dealt a loss by the Bega-Angledale contingent on the weekend.
The Eagles mustered just 62 runs, with Bega-Angledale’s Zac Harlow proving the main destroyer with the ball, taking four wickets.
Jayden Heyhorn also took four wickets, while Bega-Angledale’s best with the bat was Lachlan Sims, hitting 37 runs not-out.
The weekend results see Tathra move 10 points clear at the top of the division one ladder. In division two, the Bulls hold third and the Sea Eagles slumped to fifth.
