Jerome Willoughby was last seen about 11am on Wednesday October 11 in William Street, Candelo.
However, police believe he may also be in the Bega area.
Mr Willoughby is 61-years-old and is described as being of Caucasian appearance.
He has a thin build, with shoulder length grey hair and a grey beard.
When last seen he was wearing a chequered brown long sleeved shirt, black jeans and black shoes.
Police and family hold concerns for Mr Willoughby’s welfare.
