This year’s Reboot in Bermagui is shaping up to be one of the biggest yet, as Spring holiday makers and locals get out and about to shake off the winter cobwebs.
From guided whale watching tours, to Pilates and yoga, there’s something for everybody.
With most of the classes being free, committee member Julie Rutherford said the weekend is about “giving something new a go”.
“The runs are designed for everyone, even walkers,” she said.
“The whole idea is to get out and have a bit of fun.”

The event runs from Saturday, September 23 to Sunday, September 24, with the two days offering visitors a chance to get fit while having fun.
Saturday kicks off with early morning Tai Chi and boot camps, followed by the Camel to Club fun run.
There will also be food stalls SUP workshops, guided bird watching walks, canoeing, mountain bike rides, tennis and golf.
On Sunday, the Bermagui Surf Club is hosting the Point to Point Swim race across Horseshoe Bay.
There will also be free sessions of golf, tennis and bowls at the Bermagui Country Club.
Ms Rutherford said live music throughout the nights will also keep the crowds entertained after hours at venues across the coastal town.
“It is about getting people into town, particularly after Winter, and show them how beautiful the Sapphire Coast is,’ she said.
“It is also for locals to get out and enjoy being part of the community in the fresh air.”
An initiative of Ms Rutherford and the Bermagui Chamber of Commerce and Tourism, and in it’s fourth year, it is hoped the event will grow each year.
“We needed something to give people a reason to come here at this time of year,” Ms Rutherford said.
“I thought it would be good fun, and everyone thought it would be cool.
“People who come from out of town come back every year,” she said.
