The Tathra Sea Eagles will look to cement themselves in third place with a win over the Merimbula Diggers on Saturday.

However, the Eagles will be a club divided as the development grade and ladies team breakaway to play separate encounters on opposing grounds.

The Eagles have recuperated their first grade line-up after injuries and absences contributed to a three-game losing streak.

But most players are back on deck and the club will look to flex it’s speed through the middle once more to claim the result over the Merimbula squad.

The Eagles got the better of the Diggers just a few rounds ago and will look to run rampant in the vast space of the Diggers’ Berrambool Oval home.

Meanwhile, the development grade Eagles will head to Pambula to meet the Panthers on Saturday and the ladies squad will head to Bega’s Roy Howard Oval for a clash with the Bega Bombers.

The Sea Eagles will regather as a club for the final round with a special fundraiser day. More details to come.
