The incident occurred around 2.40pm Monday on Lyrebird Ridge Rd, east of Cobargo. NSW Ambulance paramedics were called out after reports of the crash.
An Ambulance spokeswoman said two people had crashed their ATV quad bike into a tree while travelling a reported 80kmh.
Both were able to walk away from the crash and drive themselves to a nearby location where they were met by paramedics, who treated the pair for suspected head and chest injuries.
The Toll Helicopter was called, landing at Cobargo sportsground, before flying the two people to Canberra Hospital.
