The South Coast area covers the Far South Coast, Cooma and Goulburn areas as well as Wollongong to the north.
The boys team consisted of Alexander Eadie, Aiden Coady, Zac Harlow, Jayden Heyhorn of Bega Squash Club plus David Cuskelly from the Nowra club.
The Girls team was Chloe Harlow, Rochelle Tarlinton, Gabriella Tarlinton, Jess Simpson all from Bega and Skye Loach from Dapto.
The Bega team members have been training each week under Zip Summerell and Hans Cremerius and competed in the teams events over two days as well as the individual event on the Thursday.
Ryan Galeano also of Bega travelled to Sydney to compete in the individual event only.
Facing off against some strong opposition, the South Coast outfits represented the area strongly with the girls claiming third place and the boys finishing fourth, just outside the podium.
In the individual events Skye Loach made the semi-finals and was also selected in the state team, while David Cuskelly made the quarter finals.
In the plate events Gabriella Tarlinton had a win in her division and Jaden Heyhorn was runner-up.
“They represented Bega, Nowra and Dapto High Schools, as well as their respective along with the whole of the South Coast with great sportsmanship and maturity,” a spokeswoman said.
