The under 14s side fronted up to meet the Grasshoppers, but the hosts were unfortunately very under-manned with just seven players.
Coach Sam Constable instructed his side to work on their passing game rather than just attacking the goals, but with the Grasshoppers struggling for numbers Tathra led 6-0 by the break.
The visitors went on to win 13-0, with hat-tricks to each Jakome, Alex and Eddie.
The under 16s had a closer contest, winning 3-2 after holding a 2-1 lead over the Grasshoppers at the break.
The Grasshoppers were again under-strength with just nine players on field, but contested strongly.
Kamish Threadgate booted a great corner cross to Jai McCabe for Tathra’s first goal, while Eddie Blewett then fired a great through ball to Kamish – whose shot was deflected by the keeper into the eager boot of Marley McCabe.
Merimbula scored late in the half and then equalised 2-2 in the second half when the Tathra troops struggled to clear the ball out defensively.
However, the score prompted a quick response from the junior Sea Eagles, who scored again off a great solo effort from Jai McCabe.
The ladies went in against the Grasshoppers under-strength, but remarkably claimed a 3-0 win over the Hoppers.
Sam Crowley kicked a pair for the visitors, while Ingrid Marshall slotted the third.
Tathra’s first grade suffered a 6-0 loss to the Merimbula outfit.
