On Saturday, April 22, the CRABS are staging their sixth annual bike show on the Bermagui Foreshore Reserve, opposite the Bermagui shopping strip.

Bermagui CRABS founder Rob Grimstone said the day would cater for everyone.

“We are sure there will be lots of fun for families and motorbike enthusiasts. It’s incredible that we have now reached the milestone of our sixth consecutive show,” Mr Grimstone said.

For the show enthusiasts, there will be numerous categories for owners to show off their precious metal. Great prizes will be given in 18 classes catering for a wide range of enthusiasts, including the best custom bike; best British; best Japanese; best American; best Euro; best trike; best rat bike; best overall paint; best vintage; best veteran; best sidecar/outfit; best lady rider and; people’s choice.

There will also be live music, activities for kids, food and drink outlets and stalls carrying motorcycle-related accessories and clothing.

Also on the day will be the draw of the raffle for a brand new centre console “tinnie” and custom trailer with Mercury outboard and new fishing and safety gear – valued at more than $16,000.

For the fans of four wheel machines, there will also be an exhibit of custom hot rods.

“We are a community organisation and this is a great opportunity for riders, enthusiasts and families to enjoy a special event in the magnificent beachside setting provided by scenic Bermagui,” Mr Grimstone said.

“As with all CRABS activities, every cent raised on the day will be going to Cancer Council NSW and CAN Assist. In fact, we will be handing over another large donation on the day.

“CRABS have now raised $300,000 for the great organisations and cause we support. Thanks to our wonderful community and the hard work of all of our volunteer members, that number continues to grow.”
