Nine children have started Kindy at Quaama Public School and teacher Jenny Hobbis said they were all “settling in beautifully”.
“Most of them went to pre-school so they sort of know what to expect,” she said.
School principal Graham Roberts said there were 61 children across all years and numbers had been growing.

The first session of school parliament starts this week and the school will be involved in Clean Up Australia Day in a few weeks.
