The event will be a chance for those living with disability and their carers to have some fun trying out beach wheel chairs and a fantastic new giant stand up paddle board. There are also hands-on cooking demonstrations by Reap’s Christine Welsh with the emphasis on easy and interesting snacks.
Visitors will also hear about the grants awarded to a number of local businesses and organisations (at about 11am) to help promote inclusion within our community.
There will be a free jumping castle, sausage sizzle and coffee van and Dan Dakis from the new gym Stronghold, Pambula will be giving demonstrations and modified sessions on free weights.
