NSW Greens MP David Shoebridge raised the motion in aid of Bermagui man Rodney Kelly’s push to return artefacts taken by the British after first contact in Botany Bay in 1770.
Mr Shoebridge has said he has the support of NSW Minister for Aboriginal Affairs Leslie Williams.
