Helen Elizabeth Hanns of Merimbula Dr has pleaded guilty to forging scripts stolen from a Batehaven doctor in 2015 and possession of control substances.
The 56-year-old used the forged prescriptions to claim 320 Valium diazepam tablets and 80 Endone oxycodone tablets between July and August last year from pharmacists in Batemans Bay, Merimbula, Tura Beach, Bega and Pambula.
Hanns, who suffers from anxiety attacks, wept in court as magistrate Doug Dick said the possibility of full-time jail was still an option with a home detention assessment to take five weeks.
“I never leave my house anyway,” Hanns said.
The case was adjourned on its eighth appearance in Bega Local Court for sentencing on August 23.
