Comprising 24 voices, the choir was newly formed late last year.
The singers come from a wide range of musical backgrounds and many had never sung in a choir before.
This first concert, titled Sounding Joy, is an exploration of the world of choral music, in order to introduce the singers and audience to the art.
Exciting young pianist Luca Ziino will join the choir as accompanist and will also perform a number of solo piano works on the program. Expect to be surprised and delighted by Luca’s talent and gentle disposition.
The concert will be performed without interval with a reception following in Christ Church Hall, Quondola St, Pambula.
Admission is $10 at the door, children free. Arrive early as seating is limited.
