In other court matters, Egan Darius Ross, 40, of Bega faced Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday, May 23 charged with indecent assault and four counts of sexual assault with a person under the age of 16.
Magistrate Doug Dick adjourned the matter to Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday, June 27.
