Bega memorial clock
It needs to be relocated. We need traffic lights on that intersection, the roads there are far too busy and the clock is in the way.

Putting it in Littleton Gardens would be a great idea. Though with moving the clock you have to consider the work that'll have to be done to the tunnels below. From what I hear they run under the pub into the Bank Hotel - something to do with WW2?
Blayne Cuzner
The clock itself has little effect on the traffic flow. Moving it will be money spent for little gain. The "tunnels" sound like someone had a couple too many...new to me.
Richard McCoy
It looks good where it is, but unfortunately it really does need to be moved. That intersection is a deathtrap so we need traffic lights there, or at the very least moving the clock tower will improve visibility.
Aaron Hewat
Yes that intersection needs lights! However I don't agree the clock should be moved to Littleton Gardens. I'm not sure why everything is gravitating to that pocket of Bega. Don’t hide the clock up in the Woolies paddock.

Seems to me the only problem with the clock is it's always on the wrong time. I love the clock tower where it is and maybe one day the time will be right!

Coles drops Bega Cheese
That's why Coles brand cheese taste so good. It’s Bega.

The fact many local people are employed by Bega Cheese is the main worry. If they stop the production due to lack of contracts that could impact on employment.
Astrid Jasmine Watts
Hopefully will not affect the work force and economy of the Bega Valley.
Stephen Farrow
Don't let this stop you from buying and supporting Bega Cheese. Power to the consumer.
Wendy Grealy
It's called business. Try someone else then try Bega again, round and round. Bega will not shut their doors because of Coles.
