The Santa will be visiting Sapphire Marketplace, Bega on December 8 from 5-7pm.
The experience with Sensory Santa involves:
- No crowds and minimum noise as the session is after the main trading hours of the shopping centre;
- No lining up. Families can make a booking with each session running 10 minutes;
- A chair next to Santa;
- An understanding Santa and photographer; and
- Wheelchair access.
Each child will receive a Christmas giveaway and photo packages are available from $13.
A representative from Tulgeen Disability Services will be on hand to assist Santa and the photographer.
“The introduction of Sensory Santa at Sapphire Marketplace last year proved very successful and a service we are pleased to offer the community,” Sapphire Marketplace centre manager Richard Watkins said.
“We are endeavouring to provide a special Christmas experience for those families that face certain challenges.”
Bookings are essential and can be made by contacting Sapphire Marketplace Centre Management on 6492 5812.
