The masterplan was developed and approved several years ago and the BDN published staging plans and landscape drawings at the time, but it seems prudent to revisit those.

Be aware the plan as drawn includes all stages up to Stage 5, which may or may not be going ahead, dependent on funding and future resolutions of council.
