A 38-year-old man has been charged with high range PCA by Batemans Bay Police.
He was stopped about 10.50pm on Thursday July 30 on Beach Rd, Batemans Bay after reports from the public about a vehicle travelling erratically.
He was arrested at the scene and taken to the police station after failing the roadside test for alcohol.
He will appear at Batemans Bay Local Court.

MORUYA Police have recovered a stolen Kia motor vehicle Thursday morning, July 30 after it located in Pollwombra Road, North Moruya.
The vehicle had been stolen from Moruya sometime between July 28 and 29.
The vehicle had been damaged by fire and police are investigating.
