The annual event attracted 22 teams from Eden, Bombala, Tura Beach, Merimbula, Bega, Tathra and the local contingent.
Organisers said they were pleased with the turnout as teams battled it out in gusty conditions.
The carnival saw three matches played a day over two days.
With the results tallied the winners were declared the Bombala team of Aurora Reed, Doreen Dent and Athol Dent.
Runners-up were Candelo bowlers Tony Shaw, Don Tattersall and Simon Thompson.
Third place went to Gary Thackeray, Reggie Russell and Mick Murray from Eden.
The fourth placed team was Peter Plowman and Matthewand Michael Heffernan from Candelo.
Organisers thanked everyone for taking part and sait it was an extremely successful carnival.
“Without your support, we could not continue to celebrate the memory of Jack Hobbs in this way,” a club spokesman said.
The club also held a women’s only tournament on Friday that attracted eight teams.
Playing three matches of triples, the winners were from Eden, while the runner-up spot went to the Merimbula trio.
