Following the success of the inaugural event in spring last year, ReBoot in Bermagui will be held every year on the last weekend in September. This year, ReBoot is on Saturday and Sunday, September 26-27.
ReBoot is a weekend of active participation in a variety of activities in a beautiful coastal environment.
You can choose to do all or one or as many as you like from the program. The draft program is available on ReBoot’s Facebook site at www.facebook.com/ReBootinBermagui.
Some planned activities include fun runs and walks, ocean swim, yoga, tai chi, bird watching and massage and reflexology.
A new event this year is a free running training program.
If you are a beginner runner and want to go give it a go, ReBoot is able to offer the free “Couch to 5km” running training program with local runner Ross Scott with two sessions per week in Bermagui.
