A search of the driver located an amount of cannabis in his jacket.
The drug was seized and the 57-year-old male issued a field court attendance notice for possessing prohibited drug.
A 65-YEAR-OLD Mogo man has been charged by Batemans Bay Detectives with eight drug related offences.
Police executed a search warrant at his property on July 24 about 2.30pm and the man was arrested.
He has been charged with six counts of supplying a prohibited drug, possessing prohibited drug and dealing with property suspected of being proceeds of crime.
He was granted bail and will appear at Batemans Bay Local Court on August 24.
