Happiness is a small town
Moved to the valley just on 5 years ago from Sydney, one of the best decisions we ever made ... Love Wolumla, the valley, its culture and community!

Candelo is the best place to live in the Valley! The ppl are awesome! The amount of artists in our community is awe inspiring & the food choices are absolutely delicious!! So much for such a little place! Oh & no traffic congestion (except for market day!)
Tracey Keeley
Unless it's changed hugely since the '70s , Candelo was beautiful and tranquil.

Abbott’s call a blow for wind power
It is just me or is history repeating; I do recall as a kid in primary school Australia being a world leader in solar power tech, even starting a race with vehicles powered by solar; I remember being amazed and thinking Australia was going to be number 1 in this, but did it happen, No The Howard government got in and stopped all that solar stuff and let Germany take over as world leader in solar. So now Abbott is doing the same kinda thing with wind and solar. Must be a Lib thing to have Australia be a follower not a leader.
Jamie Dykstra
Oh you fools thinking wind was the answer please do your homework before you attack anyone abbot is making the right decision and is investing in solar farms and huge ones will be constructed

Canberra’s ‘freakshake’ phenomenon
It looks like the food is indeed quality. Notice how many straws are in each one. there are two, which means it is definitely not meant for just one person to have. Not sure about the brownie on top though…

Politicians are paid enough to afford their own charted flights. We will be paying for her and many others for the rest of their lives.
