The Tigers shocked Moruya 22-14 in a clash earlier this season at Mackay Park but the Sharkettes smoother attack and better defence shut out the Bay this time.
Erika Saines scored the Sharkettes first try within four minutes.
After 15 minutes Bree Moreton leveled the match with a runaway intercept try.
With 15 seconds remaining in the first half Moruya's Nicole Cowdroy found space and scored and the home side took an 8-4 lead to half-time.
Moruya peppered the Bay's try line until Taylah Connaughton cut through a hole to score after three minutes of the second half which gave her side a 16-4 lead.
She scored her second try seven minutes later to open a two converted try margin.
A slicing run, which included a few dummies, by Moreton set up Sheree Coubrough to score under the posts.
Coubrough converted and the Bay trailed 20-10 with seven minutes remaining.
Adele Saines got her name on the scorer's sheet and score a game-sealing try with less than three minutes remaining.
