This year's theme is “We All Stand on Sacred Ground: Learn, Respect, and Celebrate” and it was surely a morning of celebration as old friends caught up and youngsters played on the jumping castle and had their faces painted.
"We've known each other too long," joked long time friends and former workmates Jimmy Scott and Barry Kelly as the sun shone down on the big smiling crowds.
Ronald Callahan and his acoustic guitar serenaded those waiting in line for the BBQ and walking from stall to stall through the pavilion with his heartfelt rendition of Bob Marley's Three Little Birds and many other tunes.
People were also encouraged to explore traditional arts and craft skills and a school student NAIDOC focused art display.
