You get a very cool kebab stand. Jake Smyth and Kenny Graham, the pair behind some of the city's greatest burgers, have teamed up with the Cliff Dive's Jeremy Blackmore and Alex Dowd.
Smyth and Graham chose a flat top and two burners in this fun nightclub/cocktail bar over several large high profile sites currently in development.
"We've always loved the idea of doing kebabs," Smyth says.
He says they'll be offering three to four types of kebabs from Thursday to Saturday in the Darlinghurst club from 8pm to 2am, ranging from roast lamb neck with XO and pickled turnip tops to smoked chicken with pickles, egg yolk and garlic sauce.
There'll be a veggo option, too.
"We're just really excited to be opening a kebab joint in a nightclub – the world needs more of them."
Mary's Kebabs opens on Thursday.
