NEW dates has been set for Bega Valley Shire Council for carry out road rehabilitation works on Parker St and Carp St in Bega.

The changed date is due to poor weather forecasted for this weekend.
The new dates involve the closure of Parker St on Thursday, May 7, and Sunday May 10.
Carp St will close from Parker St to East St on Friday, May 8, to Sunday May 10, and from Parker St to Gipps St on Saturday, May 9, and Sunday, May 10.
All road closures will be in place between the hours of 6am and 6pm.
Access to closed roads will be permitted to residents, but there will be no on-street parking while works are in progress.
Full pedestrian access to shops and homes will remain and residents in the local area are being notified of the new dates.
