They will be making a welcome return to Merimbula after giving a great night of jazz at the end of January last year.
For five years band leader and vocalist Lount was a member of the Woden Valley Youth Choir and has toured Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the UK with them.
She later became a member of the Darkside Divas, an all female group.
She is able to entice you onto the dance floor and has a great understanding of what a performance needs to get everyone going.
Trumpeter Dan McLean has a Bachelor of Music with Honours majoring in Jazz at the Australian National University.
He has established himself as a versatile trumpet player performing with numerous bands in Canberra as well as being a regular performer at many Australian jazz festivals.
His experience has included performing as lead trumpet for Royal Caribbean cruises, as a member of the Canberra Philharmonic Orchestra and soloist encompassing trad, contemporary jazz and commercial music.
Double bassist James Luke plays all kinds of music and has played at many festivals from jazz to blues and country.
Has also played in orchestras at the Sydney Opera House and has a Bachelor of Music with Honours.
He manages to fit in a busy touring schedule and teaching part time at ANU.
Pianist Wayne Kelly has a Bachelor of Music and a Graduate Diploma in jazz studies, and has in the past toured with many artists, among them Judith Durham and Don Burrows as well as performing at jazz festivals around Australia.
Mark Sutton is the drummer and is a graduate and now lecturer at the Canberra School of Music.
He has had vast experience as a performer and music educator, and has played with many top musicians of the Australian jazz scene as well as many visiting international artists.
Held at Club Sapphire, Merimbula on January 29, music will commence at 7.30pm, and the cost is $15 for jazz club members and $20 for visitors.
