Mark Anderson, Patrick McMahon, Tony Boyle and Tynan Taylor were the captains of the four division winning teams.
Anderson was well-supported by his squad of David Armstrong, Vanessa De Jong and Jason Heffernan to win the division one final over MGM Panelbeaters 31-24.
Anderson and Armstrong put the squad ahead early with a 6-4 set, but MGM fought back, taking the next set 6-3.
Anderson’s outfit took a halfway lead after picking up the third set 6-2.
Robert Lockerbie and John Willington kept MGM in contention taking a 6-4 win over Armstrong and Heffernan.
However, Armstrong’s squad rallied in the final set to win 6-3 and secure an outright victory.
In division two it was an upset finish as the favoured Mal’s Pizza Bite succumbed to Finn’s Pest Control.
McMahon lead the team of Mark Doyle (Sam Johnston substituting), Mark Dickinson and Dylan Cuthbert.
Jeff Kelly cleared his three sets against McMahon 6-2, 6-3 6-5, but organisers said it’s a team sport.
Johnston, Cuthbert and Dickinson dominated their opposition 6-2, 6-2, 6-0 to run away with the division two title.
Tony Boyle’s BFI Supplies team went through the division three series undefeated.
The squad carried on its winning ways to take out the grand final over Louise Taylor’s Pleveys Pharmacy squad.
Boyle was joined by Lane Clarke, Stephanie Symons and Seanine Cooper as one of the most consistent teams.
Organisers said Plevey’s played valiantly, but just couldn’t manage the form that saw them make the final.
It was a six-set wipeout for Boyle’s troops to secure the title in dominant form.
The division four final was expected to be one of the closest contests on the night.
Played between Kothes and Bega Valley Pest Control it was Tynan Taylor leading his squad to a solid win 29-24.
Taylor was joined Debbie Hall, Rebecca Johnston and Sharon Troy (substitute for Marella Costantini).
Taylor’s team picked up the first three sets in a comfortable display.
However, the next three went in favour of Kothes.
Unfortunately for the favoured Kothes outfit, they won their sets by a smaller margin to lose by five games on the night.
The club congratulated all the finalists and the winning teams on the night.
Presentations were made at the end of play to teams and the club championship winners.
Members stayed on for a few drinks, nibbles and Christmas cheer.
The club thanks all the competition sponsors for the ongoing support.
The night competition will return late in January, which will be headed up by a new committee.
Brian Richards will be stepping aside to let some new volunteers run the ship.
