Organisers said in spite of the weather, the meet had run smoothly and thanked the volunteers and time-keepers on the night.
A good crowd of die-hard fans endured the miserable conditions and were rewarded with some riveting racing action as cars slid wildly.
Regular favourite in the Aussie sixes division Gary Targett was bumped off the totem pole by Di Robbie and Warrick Hessenberger.
The trio provided some hard driving in the heats on the night.
Meanwhile, in the super production series, Jarrod Holdsworth was hard to beat in his Anytype Excavations sponsored “dream machine”.
However, Dave Clapson proved it was possible to pick up the win on the night after the two battled it out for top honours.
Mike Silk finished third and was hot on their heels.
The board fours and second driver categories proved a crowd favourite on the night.
Peter Blackman came out on top after some furious battling with close rival Lenny Dixon in the final.
Club president Daryl Moon showed his composure with years of experience to claim a hard-won first place finish in his division.
Second place went to Mick Hebditch and Ash Roberts was a split second off the pace to come in third.
The club also welcomed Sally Green, who was driving a borrowed car to take part in the meet.
The next meeting at the Speedway will be on January 3.
Organisers said they have a big event planned for the meet including a number of kids activities, giveaways and a huge racing line-up.
