The event, which runs on November 29-30, will this year be held at the Cobargo Showground allowing some extra room for events and entrants.
Saturday competition will be the preliminary championship and musical rides and will introduce the inaugural Brian Mallyon Memorial People’s Choice award.
Mr Mallyon was the club’s maestro following the introduction of freestyle events in 2010.
Organisers said it was a fitting tribute and reminded everyone to vote on the day.
A Christmas party and presentations will be held on the Saturday night.
The party is self-catered so everyone is urged to take along some picnic treats and barbecues will be available for use.
Some snacks and champagne will be provided.
“There has been so much great support from a number of people this year we thought it would be nice to invest in the champagne for all - for the over 18s of course - instead of an individual Club Member of the Year award,” club member Tanya Rutter said.
Sunday events include the preparatory (junior and open), novice, elementary and medium championships.
There is a swag of prizes on offer for the divisions, including lucky entry prizes.
Award presentations will be held at the end of each day with riders asked to attend in full riding outfit.
Winners of the overall champion for each division are asked to have their horses with them for photos.
There will be a barbecue for entrants, club members and their families on Sunday as well as a VIP marquee.
“Kim Gardner will once again host the fabulous 2EC and Power FM VIP marquee this year,” Ms Rutter said.
“This was a great success last year and sponsors are invited to attend free of charge.”
Seats are available in the marquee for $10 a day, which includes nibbles and a glass of bubbly each day.
Ms Rutter said the club is also offering a discounted half-yearly membership for anyone interested in competing in the championships.
“We are offering a limited membership from the November 1 to February 28 for half the annual fee,” Ms Rutter said.
“This would be $25 for an adult riding member for those who would like to join us for the championships.
“The usual qualifying criteria apply for the overall champion on the day.”
Entries for the championships close tomorrow.
