Ms Pajuczok, 53, has been missing, presumed dead, since 2008.
She was last seen alive on December 23, 2008, while visiting a friend at Rockton, near Bombala.
Her green Tarago was found abandoned on the Monaro Highway between Rockton and Bombala on December 27, 2008, with her handbag, glasses and cigarettes locked inside.
A $100,000 reward has failed to shed any light on her whereabouts.
This is the first time the inquest, which has been set down for three to four days, has sat outside Sydney.
Four witnesses from Bombala have been called to appear before Magistrate Mark Douglass
