Residents from the community are invited to attend a barbecue breakfast with Rotary in Littleton Gardens for a casual chat and an Amazing Race through Bega.
Fourteen members who are part of the ACT roadtrip route will be coming down for the chat.
Oaktree is the largest youth-run aid and development organisation in Australia and the roadtrip is a social and political campaign to gain ground in ending poverty.
During the trip the participants hope to raise awareness and start conversations about the issue.
Currently 450 young Australians aged 16-26 are road tripping around Australia on eight different routes.
To attend the free breakfast, running from 8.30-10am, RSVP to Siobhan Linehan on s.linehan@theoaktree.org so organisers can get numbers for catering.
